Amsterdam  
  Like a little Venice on the north of Europe  It's Name derives from the Amstel River. This pretty city has more than 5 century's of history in her back. First Developed as a Fishing village it grew Amsterdam Streetsup to be a fishing port, bigger city during the Dutch empire and a center for Diamond Trade. It was taken by the Nazis in WWII and today is the Netherlands biggest city and home of many attraction for tourists.

The city is very well organized and Carefully planned along concentric channels with an epicenter at the Main Train Station it hard to get lost, at least for a long time!. The traveler may find it very easy to move around and visit the main spots, either with bicycle or efficient public transportation

Although some of the fame of Amsterdam come for their liberal approach on drugs and prostitution, were both are not only legal but widely available, there are many other things to do and enjoy, besides weed, hashish, and Women. Famous for its art, its Diamonds and Museums this city caters all kind of tourists. You may see a famous painting in the morning, have a pic nik in a park, enjoy the windmills and enjoy a great nightlife in the same day.
