  What to Do

In Prague: Take a photo with the Solar clock. The old main square is a beautiful place for an evening stroll.
Climb up the Castle and a cross to the Bridge are things you shouldn't miss. The Jewish neighborhood and cemetery are very interesting.

Goulash with spatzle: Although more of Hungarian tradition this Lamb goulash is a stew flavored with Paprika and meat stock.

You'll need:
Lamb Meat cut in Dices
Onions
Garlic
Tomato Paste
Meat stock
Paprika
Bay leave

How To:

Seal the Meat dices in hot oil and add the finely chopped onion with the garlic paste. When the onions are getting clear (not brown) and the bay leaves and the tomato paste, add sugar, salt and pepper and paprika. Cook for 5 minutes and add the Stock. Let cook until a thick sauce is made.

For the Spatzels mix egg, milk and flour add nutmeg. You should have a liquid dough. Bring to boil 2 littlers of water and pass the liquid dough through anything that have holes (normally a specially designed device is used but most likely you wont have it in your house) The potato mashes is good.
The dough should fall like in extra large drops to the boiling water and gt cooked in 4 minutes.
