  What to Do

See Paris Page Where to start? so many things to do in Paris. Begin your day with coffee and croissants. Visit the louvre and the --- museum located on an old train station. Both museums are not to be finished in a day, so you can come back the day they are free.
From the Louvre you can walk all the way to the Champs Ellyses and almost in the end you will see the Arc du Triumph. Have a coffee and relax. The one of the diagonal streets takes you to the Eiffel tower.
Once you get there and get enough from seeing it from down its worth to climb up the stairs but its quite tiring. The view of course is amazing.
In the night head to the Moulin Rouge for burlesque show and rest... there is still more Paris to see.

Another sights you should not miss: Cathedral of Notre Dame, The Sacre coure church , the Bastille (only a monument now), Napoleons Grave, The Pompidou center for the arts, and the  cemetery where Jim Morrison is buried, Tombs there are quite crazy
A long, relaxing walk in the banks of the Seine river is recommendable too and very enjoyable, check for books and posters from the not so polite street vendors.
The Eiffel tower glowing at night is a spectacle, every half hour the whole structure illuminates
and sparks.
A day trip to the Palace of Versailles where peace from WWI was signed are also worth the trip.

  Travel Tips

Museums are free on Mondays, take advantage but be advised that everyone knows there, hence museums are packed. but its worth to make a second visit to the louvre.

The train system is very convenient and can take you everywhere in the city, ask for a map with the stations in it.

Gare du Nord station I don't know why but its full of "nice and helpful" scammers. Be ware and don't accept any help or get into chat with strangers in the station. You can buy all train tickets from there, even if you depart from another station

There are many ways to get discount in the train to London, days, times, ages promotions and more are available, its worth to ask.

  Food

Crêpes are the easiest food to make. You can make them sweet or salty according to your taste and the time of the day. You can make them as a main dish and the left over as a dessert.
In all cases you will need to make the dough for the Crêpes and prepare the stuffing beforehand.

If you are going to make salty Crêpes you can stuff them with:
Ham and Cheese.
Chicken (cooked in small pieces), green onion and parmesan.
mushrooms and garlic (a touch of sour cream is very good).

For sweet crêpes:
nuttela, whipped cream, strawberries, caramel... everything goes good...

For the dough:
Eggs, 3
flour, half cup
a touch of heavy cream.
Salt and pepper for salty and sugar for sweet ones.

Break the eggs in a bowl and with a wire mixer scramble them, add cream and the flour little by little and never stop mixing until a homogeneous liquid dough is formed.
Next put a coffee spoon of butter in a hot pancake pan distribute evenly and add a bit of the mix. distribute again and when firm on the bottom add the ingredients. Close and turn to finish cooking.
Other option is when the dough is firm on one side, turn it and add the ingredients. I like the first one better as the ingredients mix with the egg.
