chicken, shrimps, beef, and tofu.

layer of "fat" and add the paste, some shreded coconut
and little sugar.
On a separate pan heat oil and cook onions, potatoes and
carrots (cut small so they cook at the same time than
the chicken) and chicken. cook until potatoes are almost
ready and add the curry soup. Continue cooking for 15
minutes.
